With a strong background in customer service and a focus on operational efficiency, she is excited to support the company’s continued growth. Outside of work, Caitlin enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the outdoors, and getting creative in the kitchen.
Mae has been with the company for 7 years and specializes in accounting and payroll. She enjoys the challenges of problem solving, learning new things, and gaining knowledge of business finance.

Outside of work I enjoy scuba diving, spending quality time at home with my wife & our dog, fishing with my friends, working on my house, and doing yard work. But mostly, drinking beer and hanging out with my dog.
Fun Fact: I grew up in a mechanical environment. I could even rebuild a car engine if needed.

Hey, I’m Jarrett and I’ve been with the Synairgy family for 5 years, with experience in the field, the shop, and now as the fabricator. I enjoy being creative and turning raw materials into quality work, whether it’s bending metal, crafting wood, or welding steel. I try to live out the truth of Ecclesiastes 9:10 “whatever your hands find to do, do it with all your might”. Outside of work, you’ll find me chasing deer, casting lines, or even slinging arrows like a modern day David (minus the harp) but trying to be just as accurate to hit the “mark”, not just in my work, but also in my life.
